This is a placeholder terms page for the MVP. Final legal copy still needs to be added before launch.

dearfutureself.ink is intended to accept paid scheduling requests for future letter delivery, either from digital content entered in the app or from physical letters mailed in by the customer.

Orders may be edited or canceled only before the lock window. Once the order is locked for mailing, changes may no longer be possible.

Physical-letter orders depend on the operator receiving and matching the mailed item using the provided intake code. If a physical letter is never received, it cannot be mailed back later.

This placeholder does not yet define the complete refund, limitation-of-liability, or acceptable-use terms that a production service would require.
