This is a placeholder privacy policy for the MVP. It will be replaced with production-ready legal language before launch.

The service will collect the information needed to schedule and mail letters, including sender email, recipient postal address, timing details, payment metadata, and letter content for digital orders.

Physical-letter orders will also store an intake code and manual receipt status so incoming mail can be matched correctly.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Mailing fulfillment will be handled by the configured print-and-mail workflow or manual operations for unsupported physical scenarios.
